Blair Hot Sauce - Too Hot to Handle?

By Chris McCarthy That the Blair Hot Sauce is hot is a gross understatement. Even a drop of it will conjure up visions of Hell. Such is the intense heat generated by it. When the Blair Hot Sauce claims to be the hottest hot sauce that is around, it means business. Blair’s hot sauces come in two varieties, Death and Heat. The etymology could not have been more apt. While Heat Sauces range from the lukewarm to the flaming hot, the Death Sauces guarantee blistering heat, enough to scorch your tongue. Blair’s Hot Sauce set the ball rolling for the Blairs. This original Blair creation was the recipient of the prestigious Golden Chili Award for the Best Overall Sauce. This sauce now seems conventional when compared to Blair’s latest fiery creations, but with its enduring taste, it still occupies a place of pride in most kitchens. It is a great addition to seafood, chicken wings and even drinks. Blair’s later designs verge on the border of the maniacally hot. Blair’s Sudden Death hot sauce, a heady concoction of Habaneras, the hottest chilly on earth, Cayenne chilies and limejuice, promises to ignite your taste buds. Blair’s Megadeath Hot Sauce has molasses as one of its ingredients. On the face value, it doesn’t seem to hold a candle to some of Blair’s other hot sauces. Once you taste it, you will be shaken to admit the hot truth. Blair’s After Death hot sauce comes with a warning to keep it out of reach of children. The warning is definitely not a red herring for the sauce is made from the hottest chilies on earth and is meant only for the daredevils amongst the hot sauce aficionados. But the crme la crme or rather the crme la chilly in the Blair Hot Sauce stable is Blair’s Possible Side Effects hot sauce. It does the honors as the hottest hot sauce ever created, deemed too hot even for a lick. The 16 Million Reserve is another cap on Blair’s saucy feather. Even as you taste this sauce, you will hear records tumbling, for 16 million is the farthest that you can go on the heat scale. The Blair Death rain Hot BBQ Seasoning is the ideal topping for a barbecue dish. With this barbecue sauce, your steaks, sausages and hamburgers will tango. The Blair Hot Sauce has earned a reputation for being hot. Made from the finest raw materials, Blair’s hot sauces are practically limited edition sauces, for at a time, they are packed in batches of 100 cases only. Definitely, fit to be a collector’s item. True, that a sauce is used to enhance the taste of any food, but the Blair Hot Sauce is one such item, which can be tasted for its sake only. Chris McCarthy is the owner of InsaneChicken’s Hot Sauce and BBQ Sauce Catalog and a hot sauce enthusiast. InsaneChicken is proude to sell Blair’s Hot Sauce. The Healing Arts: 18 Things Healers Learn, #11; Each Moment Is A Convergence of Many Things

By Russ Reina Its so very easy to forget everything that happens and everyone involved is connected in some way. Most people, most of the time, fixate on one aspect of their experience to the neglect of the others. You could say this is a by-product of our human wiring that seems to say were meant to handle only a limited number of things at a time. This may be true, but our choices and enculturation play a major part in what we believe we can handle at any one time. How we experience ourselves in relationship to others and our environment is under more of our control than we often realize. If you look toward indigenous cultures, youll find what appears to be a moment to moment awareness of much more than just the Self. One way of putting it is that the experience of Self happens within the context of a much greater whole. In terms of their relationship with the environment, though it may not be fair to generalize, the orientation leans toward being a part of rather than separate from everything else that is. Animism, where most everything has a spirit of some sort, recognizes that just like everything else, the human has a spirit, as opposed to our dominant culture which states the only thing with a spirit is us. In Animism, ALL the spirits dance with each other. Even in terms of time, indigenous cultures recognize this moment as the gathering place for every moment that has been experienced by the ancestors and the jumping off place for stewardship of the generations to come. Most often, these orientations are present in indigenous languages themselves, which place the object first, rather than the subject, as in The box was placed by me, rather than I placed the box. There is both an implied relationship and a certain amount of mutual dependency implicit in this way of thinking. The Lakota phrase Mitakuye Oyasin speaks to this orientation. Roughly translated, it says all my relations. It applies to time, to place, to weather, to person, animal, stone, plant and on and on throughout every thing or event, living or dead in the universe. It says, There is nothing that separates any part of this experience from another. We are all the expression of what is. One metaphor for this is seeing the world through the eyes of the heart. Poets have been speaking of the consciousness of the heart since there have been poets. A commonality that they all seem to speak of is that, when you think with your heart your vision embraces the physical, emotional, spiritual and lyrical; in essence, the complete dance of life rather than one aspect of it. Anyone who has ever been a child or in love can recall vivid periods when experiencing the environment was all-encompassing; where the senses were opened and what they saw was more than what was in front of them. The experience of the moment included everything in the periphery, both internal and external, and self was a part of that, rather than the center of it all. Can you recall times in your life when the seat of your consciousness was centered more in your chest than in your head? Where, rather than looking out through the windows of your eyes as an observer, you were an extension of your surroundings? Today, science is showing us the heart is an organ that does far more than just pump blood. In embryonic development, both the brain and the heart are composed of atrial-neural cells; which means they each can function as either brain or heart cells. As differentiation occurs, the brain cells specialize into a strictly neurological function. While about 35 percent of the cells in the heart are devoted strictly to pumping related activity, however, the remaining 65 percent continue to function as neurological cells. Seeing through the eyes of your heart experiencing that sense of convergence in the moment — is a concept you can test out for yourself. Spend some quiet time breathing into your heart. Continue doing so until you can feel expansiveness in your chest, your heart actually beating, or the blood pulsing through your veins and arteries. Stay in that place for a few minutes, keeping your awareness on your breathing and heart. Then, maintaining that attention, look into a mirror at yourself. By just being open to the possibility, you will begin to notice a wonderful latticework of connection that includes you, the people youre with, and the environment that envelopes you, within the context of the time all these things are occurring. Out of that, you begin to sense the subtleties of how the moment brings you all together. And when your intention is to promote healing, you will find more tools becoming available for you to use. Aromatherapy Diffusers

By Christain Cullen Aromatherapy is quickly becoming a widely used tool to help people around the world relax with the aid of essential oils and aromatherapy diffusers. The oils are necessary because they provide the different scents that are desirable to create the mood or atmosphere you need. The aromatherapy diffusers are used to help get that scent into the air faster and spread it about the room better, so it isnt all in one corner. Aromatherapy diffusers come is many different shapes, colors and styles, and you will find that some will require either an open flame or electricity to work well. Lets see what we can learn about aromatherapy diffusers and how they will increase your enjoyment of your essential oils collection! Aromatherapy diffusers will typically provide a means of warming up the oil to help get it into the air faster, where it will create the scent you desire. When the oil is heated, the molecules become unstable and they are more likely to separate and float into the air, much like food will release its pleasant smell when it is cooking. There are many different thoughts and ideas about the pros and cons of using fire or electricity to heat your oil, so lets take a look at the differences and which may be best for you. If you are energy conscious, or if you already have a large supply of tea light candles available, you may want to consider the open flame style of diffuser. This diffuser will typically hold the oil in a metal or ceramic pot, with the candle below it providing the heat. These will save on electricity, and the candle will also give a nice visual effect while the aroma works its magic. Some people dont feel comfortable having a burning candle in their home as they have children or pets that may knock it over. Usually the safer styles of aromatherapy diffusers use electricity to heat the oil. There are many different ways that this is possible, but it takes away from the need for an open flame in your home. You may also find some aromatherapy diffusers that dont heat the oil at all, but instead, use a fan to blow the top of the oil and help to spread the natural aroma that is released. Recruiters for MSN or Data Miners?

By Galina Arlov Is Kenexa recruiting for Microsoft or just mining for data? I had a chilling experience the other day. A man from Kenexa called me, ostensibly to recruit me for a job in New York as a Search Marketing Analyst for Microsofts new MSN search engine. The first time he called he said he was looking for someone to do work for Fortune 400 clients. I told him I was really busy and that I usually deal with smaller clients. He didnt think that would be a problem he was very insistent to talk to me. I suggested Id call him back, so we left it up in the air and for a few weeks I forgot about him. Then he called me a second time, telling me I was supposed to call him and set up an interview. He practically begged me to do a 45-minute phone interview to see if I was right for the job. He e-mailed me and sent me a very generic job description that was more like a newspaper ad than anything else. Well, hey, something smelled fishy about the whole thing, but if it was for real how could I turn down a chance to get some high-paying work from Microsoft, so I agreed to the interview and we set a date. The phone interview was unlike any job interview I have ever had while working for Fortune 400 companies in the past. The man never mentioned my resume, never asked about my work experience or salary requirements, had absolutely no interest in me as an individual or asked any of the usual questions a company asks when trying to size up a potential employee. Instead he was interested in my clients, their budgets, my current involvement in search word optimization, how much time I spend on each client and was very interested in only the most negative experiences with clients, asking me to name them more than once (which I refused to do). This went on for about half an hour, with him finally asking me Can you give me some of the specifics of an optimal life-cycle and what happens in that life cycle? Almost like he didnt know. I answered that with I cant give you specifics without looking at my data. Then came the kicker Do you have your data with you? he asked, grinding his teeth in desperation. On the first phone interview? I thought, blushing madly. Man, this guy really wants everything doesnt he? He wants to know nothing about my qualifications for this job but he sure doesnt mind asking me everything about my clients, my strategies and pretty much how a small, successful web design and online advertising and marketing company like Valor Cross Media keeps its clients and now he wants to see my data? Hell thats like asking for sex after a bad meal at Dennys on a first date. So I said No. Well, you can actually hear the groan of defeat from this guy. He obviously wasnt trying to hire me, he was data mining pure and simple. I recently did a search to see if Microsoft is actually hiring for MSN (careers at MSN)in New York and though there are a few ad-marketing positions open in the Big Apple, most are 3,000 miles away in Washington State. Who is Kenexa anyway? If you go to the Kenexa website and wade through all the double speak they use to describe their company and what it does for employers and business, a rather sinister picture emerges about a company that not only helps recruit employees but has developed software to screen all candidates by profiling their behavior, as well as other factors. Kenexa Selector behavioral profiling tool combines personality, experience, situational judgment problem-solving assessments for hourly, sales and management positions (it) relies on a broad range of proven performance-predicting questions designed to reveal candidate personality traits, biographical history and problem-solving ability one click provides immediate results. Whew! That is from their website and is just one of the many tools they have created to turn applicants from human beings into a series of measurements to increase performance from Kenexa recruited employees. They also have a recruiting program called Kenexa Recruiter which Wachovia Corporation has decided to use as a recruiting tool. Wachovia loved the software so much they decided to install it internally behind the firewall as Wachovias Brian Drake, VP of Recruiting Practice Technology put it. Hey, maybe it works, but shouldnt we all be afraid of any technology that reduces people to a series of bits and bytes? The Kenexa web site has a big fat quote that says If you cant measure it, it doesnt exist. That may be true when it comes to measuring distances and size, but how do you measure the intangibles a productive employee brings to a job? Hiring someone is always going to be a crap-shoot, whether you think you can use the psychological approach or Kenexas high-tech software to weed out undesirable candidates. Even Bill Gates, in a quote from Fortune Magazine in 1996, agrees that without his best people there would be no Microsoft. Take our 20 best people away, and I will tell you that Microsoft would become an unimportant company. So Kenexa is wrong about that. But watch out, they are after your information and even if the interview was somehow legitimate whos to say they wouldnt use anything you say for their own purposes. There was a moment at the end of the interview after I refused to give up my data when Kenexas interviewer said, I dont think Im getting the answers Im looking for. Though Bill Gates himself feels the human factor is the most important part of any company, the Kenexa recruiter (or whatever he was) showed no interest in me as a person. Everything about the interview revolved around my clients and my strategies and was as cold and impersonal as if I was one of the programs I was being recruited to work on. Could the interview by Kenexa be nothing more than the company testing a new piece of software? Its hard to tell, but it is pretty obvious that to test any software of this type, you need human subjects. What could be better than picking the brains of an independent freelancer to find out the human factor under the guise of a job interview? Except it isnt fair, its underhanded and should be illegal. For a giant Human Resources company to use the experiences of a small company to fine-tune its software without compensation or foreknowledge is an outrage. If it really was a job interview and is the wave of the future watch out when Kenexa contacts you its really Big Brother cashing in. — copyright 2005 Galina Arlov For comments or questions about this article contact galina@ValorCrossMedia.com or visit http://www.ValorCrossMedia.com Galina Arlov is a E-Business Professional with 15+years work experience working for Fortune 400 companies like Disney, Priceline, ABC and more. LG Prada - Its Hot, Its Haute

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Gian_Bryan]Gian Bryan The LG Prada or the LG KE850 or the ‘Prada phone by LG’ is probably the best thing to have happened to the fashion mobile phone scene. Prada is one of the world’s most recognized fashion brand with its list of admirers spread across all nook and cranny of the globe. Designing a mobile phone to match the stature of a brand name so big is a daunting task. However, all these years of mobile phone designing and manufacturing of LG comes along great in delivering the goods when it mattered. The end result is a device that is more of a fashion statement than a mobile phone the LG Prada. The LG Prada is a simple candy bar style in a mysterious black casing, albeit a twist. There is no keys on the front fascia, neither are there any hidden keys anywhere. The 262k colour deliverable TFT based touchscreen presents the user with a virtual keypad which is very convenient to use. This way, the LG Prada is successful in maintaining a clutter free look. This sleek device is just 12 mm thick and weighs mere 85 grams. The LG Prada’s style quotient is not just confined to its outlook, but it is seen in the highly interactive Flash based user interface. Unlike many ‘hollow’ fashion phones, the LG Prada is loaded with premium functions to the hilt. From superior voice connectivity over triband GSM network to faster mobile internet via class 10 GPRS and EDGE technology. Surfing the web on its built in WAP2.0/xHTML browser, sending and receiving emails with attachments, reading and editing them on its document viewer the LG Prada is one of the sleekest and meanest mobile devices around. The handset even features a 2.0 megapixel camera with DVD like video recording skills and a high grade media player. Whatever you do with the LG Prada, you’ll sure look good while doing it. Information Technology (IT) Job Descriptions

By Elizabeth Morgan The various types of jobs available to computer-savvy students and young people are increasing by the day. Students graduating from arts and science streams are learning computer programs to improve their IT skills. In fact, knowledge of computer software that is widely used for a range of applications is becoming a must-have skill for the job applicant. For instance, in geological jobs, the use of spatial technology computer applications is essential. The Global Positioning System (GPS) technology is used by a number of other professionals such as law enforcement agencies. It can be used to locate the earths resources, track vehicular movement, keep track of employees position and pace and check on flight movement across the nation. In a similar way, technology has also crept into the highly complex jobs of accountants. Those who are graduating with commerce degrees are also required to master the application of computers. In fact, with special software packages, accountants are now able to summarize transactions in standard formats for financial records and organize data for financial analysis. Those with extensive computer skills can specialize in correcting problems with software or in developing software for data management. Accountants can also perform more technical duties, such as implementing, controlling, and auditing systems and networks, and developing technology plans and budgets. Because IT jobs are aimed mainly at reducing time spent on company operations, and therefore, cost to the company, such skills are in great demand. Thus it is clear that IT skills are vital in a range of scientific jobs; those equipped with them can expect better job prospects. Secured Loans : Why They Are The Winning Product

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Fabio_Marcell]Fabio Marcell As financial products go, secured loans have stood the test of time. Whilst many other alternatives have entered the market over the past couple of decades, this type of loan has remained the most popular financial product for homeowners. One of the biggest competitors vying for the attention of the public is the unsecured loan. Unsecured loan providers have tried to cash in on consumers insecurities by pressing home the fact that a secured loan is tied to property. They try to scare people away from taking out a secured loan. But the secured loan has managed to fend off this competition in the ever more cutthroat financial sector. These loans continue to be the product which is taken up by more people than any other, except of course for a mortgage loan which is essentially the same as a secured loan, but is usually spread out over a longer period of time. The reason secured loans have remained this popular is because they offer a much wider array of benefits than, for example, an unsecured loan. The biggest benefit for the consumer when taking out a secured loan is that more often than not the interest rate will be substantially lower than most other products in the personal finance area. The most obvious exception is the mortgage. If you shop around you can often find a secured loan with an interest rate as low as 7 or 8 percent. However at the time of writing this article you will be lucky to find a secured loan in the UK market below 11 percent. Even so, nearly every other financial product you’ll find out there will charge a substantially larger rate of interest. There’s often a discrepancy between the rates of interest advertised by lenders and the actual rate which you’ll pay. Lenders always have to advertise their standard rates. But you will find that, depending on your situation, you may well be able to obtain a lower rate. Conversely if your situation is not so favourable you may end up paying more. To obtain lower rates than advertised you may need to be able to prove substantial levels of collateral. If you have an excellent credit rating you may also get a lower rate. Another reason for interest rate changes which may not be obvious is the fact that if you wait too long to make your decision regarding your provider, then the market conditions may have altered since you initially began your research. The lender will never guarantee an interest rate until you have signed on the dotted line. Furthermore, you will find that with a secured loan you will be able to borrow substantially larger amounts than if you were applying for an unsecured loan. Since with an unsecured loan the lender is taking more risk they are less likely to offer you larger amounts of money. They take risk management very seriously and have turned it into a science. The reason you are able to borrow much more when taking out a secured loan is because the amount is secured on your property, hence the name. Should you get into difficulty meeting your repayments then the lender knows they can repossess your home if you continue to default. Since with a secured loan the borrower is taking much more risk then the lender is more prepared to provide a larger amount. Again this is all determined by their risk assessment of your specific situation. Possibly one of the major reasons that secured loans have become so popular is the fact that they are readily available, assuming you can prove your circumstance. The majority of comparable financial products are nowhere near as accessible as a secured loan. This is because you have to work much harder to prove your situation when taking out alternative products. With a secured loan all you have to do is put your property forward as security. Because of this most lenders will have no problem in approving your secured loan assuming you are not up to your eyes in debt already. Another major benefit with secured loans is the fact that they can be used for a wide range of applications. You will usually find the lender places no restrictions on what you want to use the loan for. Common examples would be renovation work on your home, taking a holiday or buying a new car. But the options don’t stop there. Pretty much anything you want to do with the money is acceptable. You also have more choice when deciding the manner in which you want to repay your loan. These options change regularly and you’ll need to talk to your lender about the various avenues open to you. Make sure you ask them about paying your loan off early and whether there are any redemption charges. So bearing in mind the facts outlined in this article you should have more of an idea of what to expect when you apply for, or are shopping around for your secured loan. It is virtually impossible to get on in this life without borrowing some money, unless you’re very lucky - a secured loan is one of the best ways you can do this. Fabio worked in the financial sector for many years in a major London city institution. After experiencing “burn out” in the eighties he decided to take a more relaxed approach to life and began working as a freelance writer. He is currently recommending Best Loans UK where you can get 5 quotes for [http://www.best-loans-uk.net/qlq]loans with low APR with no obligation by filling out one quick form. The Problem with Monster Jobs

By Michael Pizzuto As everyone knows Monster.com is the leader in job marketing. They provide an avenue for millions to post and read resumes. However there is a problem with these huge job searching companies. That is that when you are looking for a job in a specific area the first 10 or so jobs listed are national job listings. They have no relevance to you and waste your time being there. Why should we be subjected to viewing these? There is no reason. I recently have moved to West Virginia and started a career here. I have found an excellent job and love the area. I tried Monster.com first, because honestly who doesn’t put their resume on Monster when they need to find a job. My resume was on there about 2 months and I had found nothing even close to a “good” job. I decided I would need to look at a more localized job search engine. I decided to pick a few states I wouldn’t mind moving to and decided to check out there State Chamber of Commerce sites. Usually this was a good place to start, however sometimes the sites were not very impressive. I finally looked at the WV Chamber of Commerce page. After a few click throughs I stumbled upon a site developed in WV. It wasn’t flashy but it did provide a ton of information. The site was called VCLink (www.vclink.com). It had job postings, opportunities, and even a place to upload my resume. My resume was on for a week when I received a call from my current employer trying to schedule an interview with me. One Week! Just for kicks I left my resume on Monster. It have had my job for 6 months, so tack that on the initial 2 months and after 8 months I had received one decent job possibility. That is the problem, Monster is too big to handle specified job searching. Sure they can help someone looking for “some job somewhere,” but not someone who knows what they want and where they want it. So if you know what you want try and find a small localized company to assist you in your job hunt. The Secret Behind Power Attraction in Men Always Be Busy

By Joshua Goh One of my other cardinal rules before meeting a woman is that I always make it appear, as my second priority the first being my work, my own life. Imagine you are in a coffee shop, waiting for your appointment with her. Now how would you like her to see you when she walks in? Staring at the door, looking lost and yearning to have that first glimpse of her? Definitely not. Act busy. You could be speaking on phone, working on your palm-top, writing down something, whatever, but busy. Because you must portray that your life was truly interesting before she came along. When you act busy, you give out the impression that there are enough things happening in your life and she just happened to board this carriage. And you are strictly not looking forward to catching her apron strings and latch on to her emotionally or in any other way. In case you are meeting her in an indoor location like a store, make sure that you have something to get pre-occupied with in that place. Make her work for your attention. If you are at a place, where none of these activities is possible or permissible, start a conversation with a stranger! If its a woman, better it is. Dont give the impression that you are trying to be extra-familiar with her, but just plain friendly conversation is what you should be doing. Carry a book or a magazine always with you. These things come very handy when waiting for someone. But be careful. Never think she will find you enigmatic and charming if she finds you reading Navy Seals books. Carry mature, adult stuff like People or Newsweek. These seemingly small details carry a lot of weight in creating impressions. One more pivotal rule is that while choosing activities that you wish to share with her, choose only those, which you were doing without her in any case. As if, you have just asked for her company, on that specific date, otherwise you would have done it anyway. This demonstrates, most importantly, that you have a life of your own about which you are mighty proud. And secondly, you really dont need her, she just happened to be there. If youre golfing, take her to the course, if youre rock climbing take her along, if boxing is your hobby invite her to watch some matches, and the list goes on.
