Use Audio Books To Free Up The “Dead” Time

By Veronica ODea Lack of time to do the things we enjoy is becoming a problem for all of us. Coping with our job, caring for a family, maintaining a home takes up most of our day. For example, when was the last time you sat down and read a book? Long time passing? Finding time for ones’ self is a battle. Yet, most of us experience periods of “wasted time” and “shared time” each day when we could (at the same time) be doing something just for ourselves. Wasted time is sitting in your car waiting for a traffic jam to clear, waiting for the dentist, doctor, hairdresser, waiting in queues, waiting for the kids to finish sport, ballet classes, piano lessons etc. Then we have shared time. Shared time is when we are doing an activity such as jogging, training in the gym, travelling on the bus, train, tube, doing housework, gardening etc. So how can wasted time and shared time help me do something special for myself? With the continuing rise in popularity of portable listening devices such as MP3 players like the iPod, and now the MP4, people just like you, that is, people on the go, have been listening to audio books. They have discovered that they can feed their mind with an unlimited amount of information. It’s possible to learn a new skill, a new language, or enjoy a murder mystery, or have a laugh with some comedy. The selection of audio books for today’s mobile society includes bestselling novels in fiction and non fiction, business books, health and fitness, self help, motivation, children’s books, how to books, languages, arts, music, meditation, religion and many more topics for you to enjoy. Isn’t it time you discovered the pleasure of the spoken word? Veronica ODea of http://www.myfavouriteaudiobooks.com lives in South Australia. Improve Your Craft Sales Results

By Liza Schmitt Want to improve your craft sales results? You have to change the process to change the results. It’s estimated (and I can well believe it) that of every ten sales people, only three will actually ask for the business. Of those three, only one will be successful in closing the deal. Are you the one who makes the sale, or are you part of the nine who don’t? If you’re in business for yourself, it’s because you have something to sell. Are your results what you expect or would like them to be? Do you think (or know) that you could do better? Improve Your Craft Sales Results - Can You Sell? It’s a common scenario - for example: You make something that everybody loves, so you decide to start selling your products in the hopes that you’ll build your little business into something big enough to sustain a full time income, but you’re just not selling enough to be able to quit your job and work for yourself. It may be that you’ve never been trained in sales - this is not unusual, you’re an artist or crafter for a reason, if sales is what you were born to do, that’s what you would be doing. It may be that you’re not very comfortable with or confident at selling - also not unusual if you’ve never been taught sales skills and techniques, because it takes time to develop the confidence to sell when you first start out. Improve Your Craft Sales Results - Develop Your Skills Whatever the reason, the good news is that it’s really easy to turn the situation around so that you start closing one deal after the next, resulting in a much improved cash flow! Yes, it does take confidence, and you will build that confidence up sale by sale, because it also takes skill and technique - once you’ve learned how to sell, and you apply your new skills, you’ll be so thrilled with the results that your confidence will grow in leaps and bounds, and so will your sales! I’d like to share a personal anecdote on this topic, because what I’m writing about here is what I’ve experienced myself. Improve Your Craft Sales Results - A True Story At one of my previous jobs where I worked in a customer service role, my employer thought I showed promise to do more, and offered me a position in sales. I accepted, wanting to improve my earnings and climb up a notch. However, I didn’t do very well at all. My employer hadn’t offered me any sales training, and all the other sales consultants came from experienced sales backgrounds, so they didn’t need to be trained (or so he thought). I didn’t want to lose this opportunity or fail at it, so I made some enquiries and I found a one day seminar that offered sales training for beginners. I asked my employer if he would pay for it and allow me to go - he wasn’t very keen at first, but he could see how enthusiastic I was, and he was impressed that I’d been proactive instead of just giving up. Well, that one day practically changed my life! I didn’t realize it at first, of course, because the techniques seemed like such a “hard sell”, and I didn’t think I was confident enough to go through with it all. But little by little I started trying a few things out - a different rebuttal if a customer was giving me a reason s/he didn’t want to buy; or a different introduction to the beginning of my sales pitch - and I could see that these things were having an effect on my customers, an effect that was positive for me. Improve Your Craft Sales Results - Take Action! A lot of people think you have to be a “born salesperson”, but I can testify that isn’t true. When you learn the right sales skills and techniques, and you apply them, you can become a successful salesperson. And if you want to run your own successful craft business, you have to become a successful salesperson - your business depends on it. There are a number of ways you can go about learning the sales skills and techniques you need: * Search the internet * Find out what courses are offered in your area * Browse your local library or book store, etc. Generally speaking, not everything of value that you find is going to necessarily be free or inexpensive, but very often “you get what you pay for”. How to Organize a Photo Album - Digital Photographs Welcome!

By Anne Clarke Do you have shoeboxes full of photos of birthdays from years past? Are your family vacation photos languishing away in the dark corner of a cabinet or closet, stuffed into the envelopes the developer put them in? Most of us do, and though we have great intentions to get organized and put the pictures into albums, its hard to find the time. When we do finally find the time, its difficult to find the motivation to match. The great news is that today, with the digital camera age, that disorganized stack of photos may be a thing of the past. Imagine being able to organize your photo album with the click of the mouse! Photo album software today allows you to import, organize, enhance, and share your digital photos. Photo album software offers great solutions for editing and organizing your photo album. Many software programs now allow you to view, archive, and share your digital pictures with friends and family. With the click of a button you can archive your digital pictures from your cameras memory card onto a CD-R, and the plug into your TV set and view instantly! Some tips when organizing your digital photo album: When in doubt, keep it… Dont make hasty decisions about which photos you keep and which you throw out. One that you delete because its imperfectly composed may turn out to be irreplaceable. Besides, you can fix and enhance many photos by using the photo touch-up software. Back it up… Backing up your pictures on optical discs minimizes risk and simplifies a future move to a new computer. A blank CD can hold between 600 and 1,200 two-megapixel images, depending on its compression level. A blank DVD can hold about seven times as many. Store them at a location other than your home. Secondary backup… Prints are still a good idea, just in case something happens to your digital copies. Just to be safe… Online. A number of online services will store your photos on their computers, from which you can retrieve them. The main advantage is shielding your photos from fire, flood, or any other natural disaster. These great software programs can replace all the clutter of disorganized photo albums collecting dust in your cabinets and closet. Best of all, you can easily take the CD along with you to show off. Toss the CD into your pocket and youll be ready to pop it into a computer and show off those fabulous vacation photos with ease. Say goodbye to the disorganized photo collection today, and have fun organizing your next digital photo album! Planting Roses in Pots

By Ron King In years past, serious rosarians would never consider having a potted rose on their property unless it was just waiting for its home to be prepared in the garden. Times have changed and potted roses now have a place in the lives of condo and apartment dwellers, city slickers who don’t live within sight of a tree, and anyone who has an empty space on their terrace or patio in need of the beauty that only a rose can bring. Not all roses are good candidates for growing in pots. The following varieties have been found to do best. However, you should feel free to experiment with any other varieties, even climbers, and see how they make out. All that Jazz Ballerina Blush Noisette Bonica Cecile Brunner Clotilde Soupert Green Rose Gruss an Aachen Hannah Gordon Hermosa Katharina Zeimet Mrs. Oakley Fisher Peace Perfume Delight Precious Platinum Sea Foam Sexy Rexy Souvenir de la Malmaison Stanwell Perpetual The Fairy Valentine Whiskey Mac Planting potted roses is relatively easy, as long as you do your planting in the spring after any chance of a frost is long past. If you live in a warm climate, then hold off planting until autumn when the ravages of July and August are far behind. When you’re ready to plant, choose an appropriate sized container with drainage holes. Make sure that the container has enough room for your plant to grow without having to transplant too soon. Fill the container with garden soil that contains some compost or organic fertilizer. Dig a hole that’s large enough to spread out roots without bending or cutting back. Knock the rose loose from its shipping container, and set it in the hole so that the bud union (“knob” from which canes grow) is just above soil level. Dig a shallow trench or moat around the base of the plant to hold water, then water it well. Potted roses are susceptible to the same diseases as garden roses, and they require feeding, pruning and all of the other rose care basics. Potted roses aren’t less work or responsibility; they simply take up less space than a regular rose garden. Don’t plan to treat your roses as if they were ordinary potted plants, or you will lose them. People often ask if they can grow potted roses indoors. The answer is: “Maybe, but it’s a risky proposition.” That’s because roses need high humidity and a lot of direct sunlight. Most modern homes with air conditioning do not have high humidity. However, if you live in a warm, humid climate, and you don’t have air conditioning, then you can probably get away with it as long as you put the rose in a sunny spot. Of all the rose varieties that are likely to survive indoors, miniature roses are your best bet. Miniature roses are regular roses that have been bred to grow into smaller, more compact plants with equally small flowers. They do very well in pots and are quite beautiful. If you’re willing, go ahead and experiment. You’ve really got nothing to lose and you just might discover a whole new aspect of rose gardening! Jazz Up Your Wardrobe With Beads, Bobbles, Rhinestones and Crystals

By Shari Cabra Flip through the pages of that fashion catalogue you just received and you’ll find summer blouses embroidered with beads, sequins, and rhinestones. Skim through the pages with sandals displayed and you’ll discover many are adorned with chunky glass and metal bobbles. Even ladies accessories - everything from watches to sparkly bracelets, earrings, and necklaces - are decorated with shiny crystals. This season it seems that everything is embellished with beads, bobbles, rhinestones, and crystals. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have the financial means to purchase an entirely new wardrobe every year to reflect the newest fashion craze. But that’s okay. Do you have a favorite item of clothing, or an accessory, you love but think is out-of-date? Rather than give away this item, or throw it out, why not revamp it with embellishments? It’s fun and easy. Here’s how: A jeans jacket is timeless and can easily take on a new look with a few changes. Even if your jacket is faded, embroider a simple pattern of beads along the collar and cuffs to get new mileage out of it. If you prefer rhinestones, Swarovski Crystals offers sew-on products. These crystals are enclosed in a setting that allows a needle and thread through the back. Just sew them on as you would a button. Don’t sew? Both beads and rhinestones can be attached to your garment using special glues available for these kinds of projects. Give your old sandals a new look with metal studs or add a splash of color with rhinestones. Using gem setting devices (found at your local crafts store) you can clamp both metal studs and rhinestones through tough materials like leather. If your sandals are plastic, glue the embellishments onto them. Nothing is easier to make over than a purse. It doesn’t matter if it’s fabric or leather, you can quickly modify purses made of either material. Spiff up a purse by tacking a few studs onto the handle or gluing a pattern of beads or rhinestones onto the bag itself. Or, just hang a few bobbles from the strap. Do an online search for the words “beads” or “crystals” and see numerous sites pop up that offer these items for purchase. With such a variety of trimmings available, it’s simple to give a face-lift to an old, yet beloved, purse. The possibilities are endless when it comes to revamping pieces of your wardrobe. And, with so many handy tools and fantastic embellishments available and reasonably priced, anyone can do it. Now…just flip through the pages of that latest fashion catalogue for ideas, get your supplies, and have fun. Weight Loss Dilemma - When Your Will Power Will Not

By Ken Crawford If will power were gasoline, then each January 1st many of us could fill up the gas tanks of every automobile in our neighborhood as we make our annual proclamation to lose weight … one last time and forevermore! It’s at the first of each year that our will power is at its peak. It all starts with Thanksgiving — for it is during that prized holiday that many of us toss up our hands and give up for the rest of the year. We surrender to the turkey and dressing, the cranberry sauce and the pastries, the parties and the cocktails, the cakes and the side dishes. We embrace a mindset of defeat and entitlement giving into the notion that the holidays are here so what would be the point of trying to lose weight now. By the first of the year, we are so stuffed and guilt-ridden for every culinary sin that we have committed that we finally draw a line in the sand which just so happens to be located at the rock bottom of our anti-healthy lifestyle selves. It is from this depth that we can only go up as we envision our come-back, our return to the body of yesteryear (and for some, it’s not a return trip but a first time visit). We are filled, if only for a moment, with all the boldness we can muster as if standing on a summit shouting to the world that we’re finally going to do this thing for real, no kidding. Having shouted our resolutions to the world, fueled by will power and boldness, we are stunned to find that only days later the echo of our words reverberate back to us, passing by those we know and those we don’t. It is about this time that we wish we had remained silent as if not recognizing the person who had the nerve to utter such a resolution in the first place. Now everybody knows our weight loss hopes, dreams and goals. Next thing you know we’ve purchased a treadmill, a membership to the gym and all the accessories that go with it. Now I’m not saying that you shouldn’t buy a treadmill or join a gym and all that goes with it but all of that will power that you had on January 1st could easily be gone before the end of the month, week or even by the 2nd. All it takes is a drive down restaurant row where all of those good smelling aromas drift up your nostrils uninvited. Before you know it, you’re having an out of body experience with no explanation why your car suddenly ended up in the drive through lane. There you sit, wishing you were invisible, hoping that nobody you know will see you, especially someone from the gym. Heaven forbid! Now it is several weeks later or maybe you have made it into February before you stopped going to the gym as much — if not altogether. It’s about this time that we start silently rooting against all those other former rock bottom residents, fearing that they might actually make it out of the pit of fatness and leave us there alone to fend for ourselves. We look to our left, our right, behind, below and above and we wonder just where the heck old will power went. This is why I believe many of us join a gym with a friend, coworker or spouse. It’s a matter of accountability. I encourage you to find others who can help hold you accountable, but please recognize that one of the most important steps to weight loss is forgiving yourself for those post resolution moments when you might fall off of the wagon. I’m not condoning giving in to that piece of cheesecake that we both know you should not have, but if you do, it’s not the end of your program — it’s just a side track. Just remember that weight loss wagons don’t move very fast so if you do fall off, simply get back up, catch up to it and hop back on. Building Stronger Relationships With Gift Giving

By Anne Harvester Most people would agree that health, happiness, friendship and love are the most valuable assets in life. Some of these assets, however, are not always in our control. Being a wonderful friend and showing the important people in your life how much you care is something that can be rewarding for you and your loved ones. Gift giving is one important way express love and friendship. There are a multitude of different ways to show your loved ones how much you value them. For family members and close friends, spending quality time together is at the top of that list. This time could be spent having routine family dinners or celebrating special events like birthdays and the holidays. During the latter, a nice way of building stronger relationships is with gift giving. The giving of gifts is also a great way to connect with important people in your life who live far away. Building stronger relationships with gift giving can be really easy. The most important thing to remember is to be thoughtful. Don’t select a gift at random or pick one out based on your own personal interests. You should use the knowledge you have gained about the recipient to choose a gift based on his or her interests and passions. This shows that you know your friend or loved one well and that you are willing to go the extra mile to select something you know he or she will love. If you have trouble finding the perfect pre-made item, another way you can build a stronger relationship with gift giving is to help create or personalize the gift yourself. For example, if you know your friend loves chocolate, you could select an array of exotic or flavored chocolates and include them in a something akin to Valentines Day gifts. If he or she loves bears, you could create a personalized gift basket that contains cute and cuddly teddy bears, gummy bears and other bear-related items. You can also build stronger relationships with gift giving if you know a friend or a loved one is sick or going through a difficult and stressful time. Nice, personalized gifts in these situations could be healthy fruit and goodie gift baskets, or one that includes fun games like crossword puzzles to help raise his or her spirits. Receiving personalized gifts such as these when you’re feeling down can really brighten your day. Building stronger relationships with gift giving works in business settings as well. Perhaps you want to impress your co-workers, boss or an important client with an amazing and thoughtful gift. Corporate gift baskets packed with premium goodies you’ve picked out yourself is a great way to show how much you value the relationship. Putting in that extra effort can often help build a somewhat distant relationship into a long-lasting friendship. If you have important relationships you want to maintain or are trying to build, thoughtful gift giving can be a fun and effective tool. By selecting or personalizing special gifts whenever the timing feels right, you can show how much you care and continue to grow your bond into the future. An Introduction To Diet Plans

By Damian Sofsian A person following a diet plan is said to be on a diet. Although losing weight is the most common cause for dieting, the practice is followed also for improving ones personal appearance, physical fitness and general health. By dieting, we mean the practice or habit of eating and drinking in a regulated manner. In general, it involves a non-traditional diet. Dieting has a long history dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries, gradually leading to the classification of foods into proteins, carbohydrates, starches and lipids. Scientifically speaking, weight loss is all about energy in and energy out. If you expend more energy than what you take in, you lose weight. Diets regulate the energy balance by limiting or altering the distribution of foods. But dieting needs discipline and self-control. It is not as safe as people assume it to be, either. So consult a physician or dietician before following any diet plan, and conduct your own research as well. A low-carbohydrate diet is currently the most popular of all diet plans. It is based on the belief that if we restrict carbohydrates and fat, which are our main sources of energy, we will succeed in losing weight. In the grapefruit juice diet, the more you eat the more weight you lose. This diet believes that the acid contained in the grapefruit juice will accelerate the calorie-burning process. In this diet, foods that are high in fat or carbs (such as snacks, desserts, bread, and sweet potatoes) are restricted. However, you may double or triple your helpings of meat, salad or vegetables. The low-sugar diet believes that sugar, not fat, causes weight gain. Avoid yo-yo dieting, i.e., alternate periods of feast and fasting, and also avoid complete fasting as it is dangerous to your health. Certain religions restrict food choices and preparation; those do not belong to “dieting.” Vegetarianism is also not considered “dieting.” Mind you, never confuse disorders like anorexia nervosa and bulimia with dieting. To remind you again, always consult a dietician or physician so that the selected diet plan may work more effectively. Diet Plans provides detailed information on Diet Plans, Free Diet Plans, Weight Loss Diet Plans, Diabetic Diet Plans and more. Diet Plans is affiliated with Online Diet Programs. Trust And Obey Part III

By Linda Dipman Joshua was excited and eager to show God his desire to complete the task of conquering the Promised Land. He sent some men to spy out the land of Ai. The commanders, full of enthusiasm over their battle at Jericho, recommended that they send only two or three thousand men. He agreed and the army left. The men began their attack with confidence and determination to clear the land for Israel, but soon in utter shock they were forced to retreat. Thirty-six of the men died and in fear Joshua fell prostrate before the tent of the presence of God. Joshua 7: 10-12, “The Lord said to Joshua, ‘Get up! Why are you lying on the ground like this? Israel has sinned! They have broken the agreement with me that I ordered them to keep. They have taken some of the things condemned to destruction. They stole them, lied about it, and put them with their own things. This is why the Israelites cannot stand against their enemies. They retreat from them because they themselves have now been condemned to destruction! I will not stay with you any longer unless you destroy the things you were ordered not to take!’” Joshua immediately took action and discovered that Achan had taken a pound of gold, five pounds of silver and a beautiful Babylonian cloak. In sheer terror Joshua commanded the people to at once stone Achan, his entire family and to burn their possessions and the things that he took. Joshua’s knowledge of the book of the Law and how sin can come in and stop God’s help taught him to take immediate action against Achan. His understanding of the Spirit world and how it interacts with our world helped him to see that without God’s protection they could never succeed in their quest to conquer the Promised Land. Joshua 1: 7&8, “Just be determined, be confident; and make sure that you obey the whole Law that my servant Moses gave you. Do not neglect any part of it and you will succeed wherever you go. Be sure the book of the Law is always read in your worship. Study it day and night, and make sure you obey everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” Joshua once again became determined and confident ready to do whatever was necessary to do the will of God, even if it meant killing his own brothers. He committed his ways to instructing and teaching the Israelites in the Law so they would be able to succeed with God’s help. During the entire time I was fighting for custody of my children, Tori had successfully held onto Brad. Her ex-husband had admitted to abusing their son and was found guilty of child abuse. Tori and I both had gained strength from God’s supernatural messages and were determined to follow them and stand up to anyone who got in our way. However the Southern Baptist Church were forever flooding the court system with letters of disapproval over our being in love and gay. Finally the Judge understanding it was an election year gave into their demands and turned over soul custody of our children to Eric with me being given visitation only if their dad wanted me to see them. My attorney explained that it would take at least two years before they would allow me to overturn this verdict. Once again God sent Tori and I a message to run with our kids and to not give into the verdict of the evil judge. In obedience to His will and trusting that God knew our best course of action we fled to another state. The police caught up with us two months later and we were put in jail. Now everything had changed, Tori’s ex-husband had recently married and now with our being in jail, he took this opportunity to come after custody of Brad. Tori’s grandparents bailed her out of jail and immediately she retained a lawyer so she could fight for Brad. I was left in jail and mad at the predicament we were in. I had lost custody of my children, now Tori was about to lose custody of Brad. Prison was looming over both our heads for defying the court order and all I had done was trusted and obeyed God. God’s message flowed like the fragrant breathe of spring giving me strength to trust Him and the power to believe that He had a plan. “Dear Linda, I love you. I am so proud of you. Look back and see what you have learned. My Ways Are Not Human Ways, Trust in Me. Pray for protection from Satan, God has Spoken.” Here I was in jail, my children had been turned over to their father, and all God would say was “Trust in Me”! I took a deep breathe and blew out the air trying to clear my thoughts. Slowly I began to wrap my mind around what God was teaching me. I opened my Bible began to read. Romans 8: 35-39, “Who, then, can separate us from the love of Christ? Can trouble do it, or hardship or persecution or hunger or poverty or danger or death? As the scripture says, ‘For your sake we are in danger of death at all times; we are treated like sheep that are going to be slaughtered.’ No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us! For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love; neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the world above nor the world below-there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Once again God directed me towards the unseen spiritual world. A Supernatural world of Spirits that infiltrate the mind of men and pits them against each other in a battle over God and love against Satan and hate. A dimension unseen but very real in the minds and hearts of those who play in this huge muti-faceted world game of life. I held tightly to God believing that He loved me and He would fix the mess that Tori and I were in. I understood that I was fighting against more than people, I was fighting against a Spirit world. Joshua was commanded to be determined and confident, yet he was stunned when they lost 36 good men because of Achan’s sin. They believed they were on the side of God, but their lost let them see how easily they could be destroyed by the evil side of the unseen spiritual world if they didn’t follow God’s commands completely. Linda C Dipman author of THE GAME OF LIFE IT’S ALMOST OVER http://outskirtspress.com/gameoflife presents AND HIS LOVE SHONE DOWN my true life story! It describes all the persecutions I endured. Can Mexican Pharmacy Purchases Be Trusted?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Stephen_Dayton] Stephen Dayton Purchasing drugs from a Mexican pharmacy is, for the most part, a very safe and inexpensive way of getting the medical supplies that you require. Since the laws in Mexico are very different than in the US, as most drugs are readily available without a prescription (except for some controlled substances and all narcotics), purchasing drugs from a Mexican pharmacy should be a fairly painless process. However, there are some risks associated with purchasing drugs from a Mexican pharmacy but they are no more risky than any other purchase youd make on the Internet today. Awareness is the first step, and this article will help you become a more informed health care consumer so that you make the best drug-related choices for you and your loved ones. Counterfeits: Unfortunately, counterfeit drugs are on the rise in the Mexican pharmaceutical world, and its almost impossible to spot a fake these days without the help of a trained laboratory technician. The best way to avoid this situation is to only purchase your medications from a Mexican pharmacy that requires a prescription. Although by Mexican law a prescription is not required, a pharmacy that asks for one is usually on the up and up. Expiry Dates: Its not only the prescriptions that arent required in Mexico; pharmacists are also not required to be licensed. And without a license, many pharmacists just dont realize (or dont care) that expired or poorly stored drugs can be hurtful. Make sure to ask about your Mexican pharmacys licensing requirements, if there are any, before filling any prescriptions to alleviate this concern. Misplaced Replacements: If your doctor has prescribed a drug, do not accept another generic drug, or replacement drug, from your Mexican pharmacy. Since you arent a medical doctor yourself, you have no idea what this new drug will do to you, or how it will affect your lifestyle or any other medications you are taking. In short, dont accept replacements, and go elsewhere if you arent given any other option. If you would rather a generic drug, then ask your doctor to prescribe it you to, first, and then take that prescription with you to the Mexican pharmacy. Language Barrier: Many drugs that you order from a Mexican pharmacy will come labeled in Spanish, or in broken English. Alternatively, your medication can be mislabeled, not labeled at all, or do not have the proper information attached. Make sure to ask first how your pills will be labeled before you purchase anything. Shipping Time: Check around; most Mexican pharmacies can take anywhere from 7 days to 6 weeks to deliver your much-needed medications, as opposed to the pharmacy down the street who can probably get you exactly what you need within minutes. Sure, the price may be dramatic, but have you checked the shipping costs as well? Is it really that good of a deal? Although this article may seem a bit harsh, its not intended to be. An informed consumer is a smart consumer, and many excellent Mexican pharmacies exist that will cater to your every need. Just keep these points in mind when youre surfing the Net for medications, and youll be sure to find the best Mexican pharmacy for your needs. Copyright Stephen C. Dayton 2005 Stephen C.
